Hot 26 Yoga

Hot 26 Yoga formerly know as Bikram Yoga, works the body from the inside out, from the macro to the micro level. Each posture stretches and strengthens the specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture.

This yoga series consists of a sequence of 26 physical postures done twice on each side, beginning and ending with 2 different breathing exercises in each class so you can develop awareness and appreciation for how you develop and grow, both physically and mentally, throughout your practice. 

Many athletes attribute improved performance and reduced risk of injury to hot yoga. Professionals say it gives them mental clarity and increased energy, helping them to excel in their fields. Many yoga students agree that this practice helps them look and feel great, lose weight and reduce stress.
